Delia is a life saver (and face saver)! I had a micro-blading touch up done in March of 2018 and, unfortunately, the esthetician went a bit too far with her strokes misshaping the eyebrow (creating two tails). I was devastated and extremely insecure to say the least – I tried everything to fade the fresh strokes but they remained. This is when I decided to seek out professional help and found Restoration Wellness & Tattoo Removal. I called Delia within minutes of finding her online. She explained her entire process and answered all of my questions on the phone; I made an appointment that day. Once I met with Delia, all those little fears and thoughts creeping in my head since our phone call dissipated immediately. Her bubbly personality and high energy levels were comforting, and she portrayed the confidence I was looking for in a professional. Within 20 minutes, I was sitting in her chair doing my first procedure. The best part of that appointment? Her step-by-step guidance and explanation whilst preparations and during the process itself! Throughout this entire process, Delia has not only been extremely professional, but someone who genuinely wanted the best for me. Each appointment I have had, she has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs, whether that be scheduling on her days off (due to my crazy schedule) or allowing me to watch the removal process via mirror (control freak right here). It has been through this process that I have had the opportunity to really see Delia in a different light, which has allowed us to build a strong and very beautiful friendship! I had almost given up on tattoo removal treatments after a few years of having the laser method performed on my forearm tattoo. I had seen little to no results, and so I decided to try some alternate treatment methods to see if I could get some better results. The healing time was much shorter after each session, as this method of removal is much less abrasive than laser. Amazing experience overall! Delia explained everything in perfect detail start to finish, made the experience comfortable and she was very informative of the process! It is a fraction of the cost of laser and you see much faster results then with laser. There is a topical numbing cream that is applied before the process begins making it almost pain free! I will definitely keep coming back and not ever consider laser!!
