Skinpossible was a, clean and friendly clinic. I had a very informative session. I felt very comfortable during the information session, and the lady made sure I understood my options and gave adequate financial information to proceed, and they never tried to sell me on something I actually didn't want which was great. On D-Day, I arrived for my appointment, Amber E was my technician, and she was amazing, she went through the process, and I felt comfortable during the procedure. I'm just waiting to see my results 🤞🏿🤞🏿 But be warned about those massages, The are very lovely 😭😭😭 and possibly the longest 3 minutes of your life .

A couple of weeks ago, on the recommendation of a friend, I went to Skinpossible for a consultation. It's on the other side of the city for me, but I found it no problem, and there's free parking! The facility is gorgeous - such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was so helpful and made everything so easy. I had one procedure done on the spot, after a great overview, recommendations and education. It was simple, painless and the results are great. I also had a consult for a treatment I had done today. Amber was my technician and I really love her. She was so thorough - explaining every step of what was happening and why. She made me feel so comfortable, any nervousness I may have had was completely gone. She made sure I was comfortable, reassured me along the way and made sure I had everything I needed at my fingertips. The whole process took a couple of hours and every step of the way was great. I felt I had the level of privacy I needed, I felt cared for and respected. Erin was so great I had to give her a hug when I was leaving. And I have her contact info should I have any questions or need anything regarding my procedure. I'm so pleased with every aspect so far. Excited to see my results!

My first experience with Skinpossible has been outstanding. The genuine warmth was so very appreciated. Starting with the thorough consultation to the service that was provided and even when I was walking out the door. Amber was my technician and she made my experience so wonderfully positive and I'll never forget that. She was not just friendly, but was truly caring. None of my needs went unmet. She actually made it a safe place and was supportive every step of the way. She even called to check up on me the next day. I would definitely go back to her again. Thank you to all of the staff for their service. I wish every place I visited could take notes and learn from these guys. Deb. S

From the moment I stepped into the doors at Skinpossible, I was greeted with a warm hello and was handed a refreshing glass of blueberry ginger water. My session was with Amber was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional and made sure to answer any and all of my concerns. I am very pleased with my overall experience and would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family ; even to the ones that live out of province! Thank you Skinnpossible for making me feel gorgeous!!

Skinpossible was an amazing, clean and friendly clinic. I had my consultation and it was extremely informative. They made me feel comfortable and confident leaving my appointment with options on how to treat my problematic skin concerns. They called a few days later to check in with me to make sure I understood my options and offered additional help if I had any questions concerns. They never once tried to "up-sell" anything to me and never offered services that they knew wouldn't be beneficial for me. I will be sending in before and after pictures to show progress as well. thanks again to all the staff at Skinpossible for your help and professionalism
