I've been purchasing product from here for almost 2 years and have recently had the misfortune of dealing with Joyce. I purchased a light from them a year or so ago and it already broke. I contacted them to ask for a part to fix it or a replacement piece which they said they would contact the manufacturer about. They agreed to send a new lamp even though it was over the warranty date. 2.5 months later and after numerous emails with Joyce Han (who is terrible at dealing with customers) the light finally arrived. I went into the store and the lamp was tightly wrapped in bubble wrap and had to wait 20 mins just for them to unwrap and turn it on. They ended up sending an old floor model lamp and it wasn't working. They sent an extra lamp but the neck was completely broken. Joyce said there was nothing she could do for me. I could either take the broken lamp or just go home so I asked her if she could contact the manufacturer to give me a refund to which she said she would. Today she said they wouldn't provide a refund and that was that. I said I would go back to the store to pick up one of the lamps they sent so I could see if I could fix it to use and she said her coworker sold both of them yesterday. If this is true, they sold two non functioning lamps and that is beyond comprehension, but she is clearly full of it. I also asked for the name of the manufacturer so I can write a product review on their horribly made lamp and she said she couldn't give me that info. Yes this place does sell cheap supplies and for that reason they are good, but do not buy any equipment because they are poorly made and will end up breaking down after a year. They will also sell broken items (the two broken lamps that were sent to me) just to make money. Their customer service use to be a lot better, but Joyce is super condescending and difficult to deal with. She claims she is the manager and that only terrifies me to know who the owner might be. Again, just be cautious when ordering equipment/machinery because this company does not stand behind their customers. I know their only rebuttal will be that I was over the warranty date, but that further proves that you shouldn't purchase larger equipment from this company because chances are it will break shortly after the warranty date and they won't help you. I won't be purchasing from here anymore.

My wife shops here and gets always everything she needs. The employees help you very fast so there is no long waiting. Parking on the street is usually available. The prices are good. Totally recommended!
