This is the very first time that I feel like I need to go write a review based on my bad experiences back to back from the same studio. I initially booked an appointment with Faye, after I received her first pass which was one day right before the appointment, I wanted to work out some details about the posture of the fox as apparently it wasn't a good looking one at all, then she rejected me saying that she didn't feel like doing animals but only wanted to focus on flowers(she told me she liked animals idea from previous email). I told her I don't mind doing only flowers if she wanna free style a new one on whatever she feels like because I trusted her. Well then the night before my next appointment I got this second pass that I decided not to do it as I could easily tell that she spent no more than 20 mins on it even though I'm not an artist. Therefore, I went with another artist Amelie in the same studio, and 3 weeks after she took the deposit, I received her email said how she's over-full and very selective that she had to pass on my project. I understand how they could be super busy and stay behind from a lot of bookings. However, the way how they handled it is super unprofessional and unacceptable. I feel it's so discriminatory how they play favoritism. Like you could have turned me down in the first place but not wasted me almost 3 months time back and forth and pass on my project. This is preposterous and made me so upset, I definitely don't recommend this studio.
