Heard a lot about the shop . I was recommended by my co worker . Tuna was awesome, friendly and clean and professional but rest of the staff didn’t match my expectations. Lady was rude And unprofessional. The atmosphere of the shop wasn’t professional at all . I wanted my first tattoo to be a simple yet elegant wrist bracelet but after a couple days when shading around went away , it just looks like a pen drawing. The ink on the Sides of my wrist has smudged . My bone has since been hurting. I had appointment at 1 but had to wait until 1:25 and then at 2 i was all done but was charged more .

Great service, went in with horrific pain from a piercing in my nose desperate for them to help and I was at the point where I just wanted it cut out. She was able to fix the nose screw in a way that I felt instant relief and a week later I cant even feel it. Definitely will only be going here for future piercings.

All my piercing have been infected and when i go back for more information they are not willing to help and super rude. After they do your piercing and take your money they are basically done with you, don’t expect more from them.
