The girl at the front was helpful, not very friendly definitely more business oriented. The girl that did the actual piercing was awesome. Personable and professional, she was great at helping my daughter (and me) relaxed. I was also impressed with how clean everything was and how careful she was at keeping everything sterile. I highly recommend Transformations to anyone that may be considering piercing.

My experience here overall was really good. I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to sanitation practices. I had Krystal, I believe, pierce my ears (third lobe hole) and she was very professional, kind, and quick. She changed her gloves about 6 times during my piercing and changed them properly as well! She talked to me the whole time and explained what she was doing. She was also able to move my second piercing about 1-2mm higher than it was which was great as the uneven appearance has been bugging me for the last 10 years! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the sticker shock I experienced with the jewelry costs. I understand that the materials used are all very high quality and necessary for proper healing etc. but I had three piercings done and the cost of my jewelry alone was ~$250. I will say though, I have metal allergies to everything under the sun but gold and they still had tons of options for me and even offered other options than the ones I chose for budget reasons. Super helpful, friendly staff and very professional. Experience was 5 star, just a little pricier than I was expecting.

Been here multiple times, for both piercings and tattoos, I'm never let down by the awesome staff and amazing talent. There friendly and a great place to get your first tattoo or piercing. There just super great and kind, and I could just go on and on about how stellar they are, definitely check them out, you won't regret it!

Got several piercings here, love the results and the staff are all extremely friendly and reassuring about any nerves or discomfort you may have beforehand. Jewelry is beautiful and high quality. Awesome customer support and appreciation. Would recommend everyone to get pierced here. Thank you Tranceformations
