I always have a great experience at MD. Dr. Milkovich is very knowlegable and pleasant and funny. He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable during procedures. His staff are great and real!

Very positive experience. Great location, beautiful offices, great staff -- very friendly and helpful. All my emails were answered in a timely fashion by Lindsay who is so helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Milkovich was great: very friendly, not in a rush, plenty of time for questions, great explanation of my issue, no rush to make a decision on any procedure. The assistants were also very friendly and great at explaining the recommended skin care products. I had a follow-up appointment and Dr. Milkovich did a biopsy and it was revealed that I had Melanoma 1A on a brown spot on my left cheek. I can never thank Dr. Milkovich enough for what he has done for me. I recently returned to MD ESTHETICS to purchase additional skin care product and Lindsay was so helpful in having the product available for me and the staff was just GREAT. You really get the feeling the doctors and the staff genuinely care about your well being, are very accommodating, and always take the time to answer questions and provide information. You never get that feeling of being rushed. I will certainly return to MD ESTHETICS as I need any medical care and skin care products. Excellent in all ways -- my highest recommendation.

I moved from Victoria to Vancouver with several additional options for medical spa services, but I always come back to MD Esthetics for my services. Dr. Banks and the staff provide outstanding service and results. Their friendly smiles, genuine care, and expertise make it an enjoyable experience each time and you can trust you're in good hands. This is my birthday treat two years in a row now. I am very pleased with the results that I have received and look forward to my visits. MD Esthetics is easy to find and the staff are amazing. If you want to feel spoiled, I would recommend making an appointment with MD Esthetics. Dr. Milkovich is very caring and listens to any concerns that I might have.

Everyone at MD Esthetics is incredibly friendly and professional, and the office has a very welcoming atmosphere. Even while undergoing a fairly painful procedure (tattoo removal), they do everything they can to make you as comfortable and as pain - free as possible, with amazing patience and humour.
