Donavan is the best at what he does, when you give him creative freedom, you can expect nothing but the finest art is what you will receive .I had consulted 7 other tattooist before meeting Donavan, he was the only one I should have consulted. I have over 55 hours in his chair since Oct /2021, The staff are all amazing, especially Ashley the studio coordinator, she is amazing, great follow up, you can tell she truly cares. 10 out of 10 for my experience with this crew of amazing humans.

Errol and Donovan were amazing! I got a piece done on my ribs and they made it look exactly how I wanted it and made sure I was okay and kept reassuring me that I was going to get through it. The studio was super clean and the vibes made me feel safe and that they clearly took pride in what they did. Next time I’m in Kelowna and am feeling a tattoo, this is the only place I’ll be going 100%! i cant wait to see what it looks like all healed up

How should I discribe this place and my tattoo artist Donavan? Well let start with how he talks to people who stand up for themselves like I did with his drama and failing to show up for appointment and doing whatever he want with your tattoo. This is what his last words to me were. "Natausha, this is Donavan. I refer to your text of 19 August - where you confirm a credit of $630. This will be reimbursed to you. Deposits are non refundable. It is worth mentioning that it is not Paule who decided to "get rid" of you as a client. It is my opinion and the opinion of my staff that you are universally regarded as the most rude client in the company's history. Your sense of entitlement is baffling and the way you have spoken to my wife will preclude you and I from ever doing business together. I consider this matter closed. Donavan Moore." This is not the first time he treated me badly or broke me down to tears. Now I have a 2/3 done tattoo that is 4 times larger then what i wanted and so far off of what i asked for. I wish i could upload pictures to show you how far off what i wanted vs what I got are. After all that was said and done over a week later he was talking behind my back to family friends of mine claiming that I would be luck if he even gave $300 dollars of my prepaid visit he once again failed to show up for. Every session I prepaid for. Out of 7 appointment he showed up for 3 of them. I cannot believe how I was treated. He scares me and now I have a billboard tattoo that goes from my armpit to my hip and ove 8 inches wide. I put in over 2500$ into this and was told the $250 deposit came off of the last tattoo session. Which it was not applies to the last session other wise I should have gotten back my $630+250=$880. I only eventually got back $630 BUYER BEWARE
