Nice and efficient little tattoo/piercing parlor. Sometimes doesn't feel very personal and can have a bit of an assembly line vibe. They updated their look not long ago and are definitely appealing to the 'basic' vibe that is around Kits but the staff and artwork is still very tattoo classic

I got my first tattoo here by Neil. I got the tattoo at 17 and Neil did an amazing job. Even though I was late the staff greeted me with smiles and got things moving. Neil was great and enjoyable! He even said to me that “I’m not done till I’m satisfied” which showed me how meaningful it was to him too. I would highly recommend!

Friendly staff and good customer service but my piercer seemed kinda inexperienced. i got fitted with a ring way too small for my lip and the piercing was off centre. she seemed to think it was too small too but i guess didn't want the hassle of refitting me so she reassured me that it'd be fine once the swelling went down, and rushed me out. the ring popped right out within an hour. Went back in and talked to another piercer who offered me a free repiercing but i now have to wait 6 weeks to get it done.

I had an amazing experience here! My friend and I got our ears pierced, and the guy helping us was really friendly and patient. I highly recommend this place!

I went here for a tattoo consultation and the artist I was with was very unfriendly and quite rude actually. She did not seem interested at all in tattooing me and basically rushed through the consultation to get out the door to wherever she was going. For me personally I don't want to be tattooed by someone that doesn't care enough about her clients to make them feel welcome and comfortable upon meeting them. Her overall "I don't care" attitude left me feeling super uneasy about having her tattoo me which was ultimately the reason I did not book with her besides the fact that she had only 2 openings over the next 6 months which did not work for me. Everyone else at the shop seemed friendly so I'm not sure if she was just having an off day, but either way good customer service brings people back and I can't say that I'll be going back here after the experience I had.
