Leyla is such a warm soul! She truly wants whats best for her clients and takes the time to thoroughly go through each treatment, how to protect your skin and the steps you need to take to ensure your skin is on the mend once you leave. I've seen many many spas, medical clinics etc and none of them have taken the time and care that she has to ensure I see a positive change in my skin - I cannot say enough great things about this place!!!

Called to make a consultation. Says they are too busy to take a consultation appointment and will only take appointments that are for the service. Tried to book a consultation and said there will be a $25 deposit which will be reimbursed after a session - but what if I don't go through with a session? Decided not to even bother with this company.

I don't often write reviews, but want to for Leyla and her services since both my parents and I have personally benefited a lot from them and believe her business should receive the recognition it deserves. Leyla is not only knowledgeable and competent in her work (keeping up with the latest technologies, effective results, etc.), but also a wonderful person. She's personable, great with communication, patient, sympathetic and strives to understand our needs (my parents don't speak much English so I translate for them), and she really works hard to make sure she achieves what we ask for. To me in particular, what sets her aside is her honesty and integrity in doing business. She also takes care to track your progress all the way, by taking photos and comparing how you are vs. before and explaining things thoroughly everytime. My parents first went to see her to treat their nail and toenail fungal infections, which gave them a lot of discomfort, and she effectively treated them after a few sessions (they have had no issues since). Even after the first session, results were pretty apparent. The other option recommended by the doctor would have been medication/surgery, which was highly undesirable and which led me to search for alternatives online. Afterwards, my mom decided to try Leyla's other beauty services, such as IPL and Genesis. The results have been very effective, noticeable - my mom is in her mid-fifties but everyone thinks she's about 10 years younger. Her skin is now looking supple, youthful, glowing. It's no longer puffy, the brown spots and wrinkles have vanished a lot, etc. Her complexion always gets compliments and her face has also noticeably slimmed down (tightened up?). I realize that I can go on and on about how much I love Leyla's work; I swear I'm not a company spokesperson lol (just a fan who's experienced what she can do). I am 30 and just started receiving treatments after seeing my mom's results. Leyla got rid of the brown spots I had, uses a "vacuuming" technology to clean my face and especially my nose area (I'm more oily/combination with larger pores and tend to get whiteheads, etc.) and my face looks clear, smaller and youthful as others have pointed out. A lot of Leyla's products are also decently priced and great to use. I use a serum and a tinted moisturizer from her that I swear by, as they don't break me out like other products but very effective. I'm glad I found out about Total Body Laser all the way back through Groupon. I highly recommend, obviously. Thanks very much, Leyla!

Very rude an unprofessional staff. I should've gone with stereotyping people that drive a Hummer and have their business graphics plastered all over it like a giant gaudy billboard. Hideous vehicle and even more hideous service.
