slightly hard to find. the street side has a sign but once you get in there's no signage to confirm you're the right place. otherwise great. there was a sign to take off shoes, and it was summer when I went so that caught me off guard but I complied anyway. none of the staff mentioned it. the atmosphere is very open, clean, tall ceilings, spare, with very modern furniture and set up. the reason for my visit is to get a nipple bar replacement. everything went great, they measured me, let me pick out my new bar, and put the jewelry in for me. I was taken care of in a private room with a dentist-like chair where I could lie down, very comfortable. I wasn't charged for the service too which is great. other than the location being far from me, I'd definitely return and recommend for a piercing or tattoo!

Joleen was absolutely amazing! She was so personable and did both my piercings with very little pain.. I felt very comfortable and will be going back in the future for more! After having a terrible experience at a different shop in Winnipeg, I HIGHLY recommend Metamorphosis! Very awesome staff from checking in to checking out! Thanks again! ðŸ˜ðŸ‘Œ

Staff was very manageable with my run-ins I had with a gift I got over the holidays, booked my piercing & went in knowing what i wanted but nervous. Staff was amazing & friendly , shop was absolutely spotless & atmosphere was lovely. I was gifted Joleen as my piercer only to be nervous but right away comfortable with her, she was very patient and professional. She made my most scariest piercing the easiest. Large selection of jewelry very well priced, will most definitely go back and advise everyone to go.

The staff are so nice and caring. They make sure that you have all the information you need in taking care of your piercing. Joleen made the process very easy and comfortable for me. She was very reassuring throughout the whole procedure. The procedure itself was performed very sterile so I had no fear of contamination whatsoever. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get any piercing done!

seriously the best place to go for piercings in Winnipeg! I got my rook pierced here a couple of days ago and overall had a great experience! the staff are super friendly and professional and made the whole process go very comfortably. they were also extremely helpful with any questions I had regarding my piercing. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. will definitely be coming back for any future stabbings.
