Got a tat done by Mel. She did an Awsome job. Great customer service and friendly staff all around. Lots of cool oddities to look at through out the shop. I had a great experience. Definitely will be back for more tats.

Worst customer service EVER!!! I had gotten my ear pierced and i went back twice for follow up and a piercing artist was never present. My ear is now infected and i called and they told me that they don't have anyone till end of April!!!!!!!!! So i was polite and asked her what should i do? She suggested two other places that have the same jewellery as them and for me to go there, then i asked her if i would be charged? She was rude and she told me she doesn't know. I then asked if she could phone them up and see what the process would be, she stated that she has better things to do!!! I was super annoyed and i told her i would not be coming back ever again, she said she did not care if i came back or not......Seriously. Bad customer service!! I definitely don't think they are being considerate and respectful by any means. :(

Went in for my first tattoo by aarom (rib/side piece). Nothing but good things to Say. Their staff is amazing and aarom exceeded my expectations. Took an idea and improved it. Would recommend 10/10. Unreal artist and staff.
