I just had my first tattoo done. The staff at Dragon Ink were amazing. They were friendly, patient and explained everything to us step by step. Jake did an amazing job on my tattoo and the lady at the front was super nice. While we were there, the owner of the place had come in and she was very nice and professional. The place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place!!! Thanks again for making my tattoo experience a great one!

Had a great experience here getting my tragus pierced. The place was very clean and the piercer made sure that everything was carefully sanitized. A brand new clamp and needle were used and opened in front of me. Will definitely be returning for any future piercings. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a place that really takes pride in sanitation and precision.

I just moved to Durham region from the GTA and was looking for a piercer in the area when I happened upon Dragon Ink. I had no idea what I was walking into and was genuinely surprised in the best way and every way. From the moment I walked in I had some random thoughts of some piercings I wanted to get, and the receptionist (Brittany!) was SUPER helpful and patient with me as I decided. I met the piercer (Alex!!) and was immediately comfortable with him. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great advice when considering the placement of my piercings. The first piercing I had done was my septum, and it was FLAWLESS. The needle literally went through like butter, and it was the EASIEST piercing I've ever had done (I've had 30+ piercings). The second piercing I had done was my conch, which was another equally flawless experience. Cartilage piercings always hurt a bit more, but Alex has a steady piercing hand which makes a HUGE difference. Honestly had a 10/10 experience I will 100% be going back to Alex for my other future piercings. The service is amazing, and the pricing is totally fair. Everything about this place and the people who work there is a big YES from me.

Great experience here! I received my 3rd tattoo here. It was my first time coming to this particular shop. Had a great experience, staff were very friendly and listened to what I wanted. Jake was my artist, he did a great job on my tattoo and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you! :)
