Got a lion piece on my thigh by amber and I loved my experience. She made me feel super comfortable and was very patient with me when we were figuring out the sketch prior to the session. This shop has amazing and talented artists with lots of versatility and everyone was super kind, professional, and helpful. Very thorough about their work, what they do, and after care. Super nice shop and very clean. I felt very at home and would recommend this place to anyone!

Communicating through the customer service email as requested by the artists who work at the shop has not been a good experience at all. I sent them an extremely detailed set of emails and each response I received the person replying ignored fundamental pieces of information that I presented at the start of the process. It just kept happening. I haven't heard from them since I had to remind them that coming in for a consultation isn't feasible because I live 8 hours away from the shop in the US and asked them what their procedure for clients out of the area is. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth especially when they lead their first email with "before we can match you with (the person I specifically researched and picked out) we need to know more information about your idea". I'm emailing to request a spot with a specific person not your shop in general.

The most amazing tattoo parlour I've ever been in. The art work of the different tattoo artists lined the walls of their stations, with a comfortable waiting area for the customers. It was a very professional place with the most talented artists I've ever seen. Every artist has a specific style to give you the range of talent in the place. The artist I dealt with was awesome and fun to chat with. She also put on a "second skin" to help my tattoo heal, which was super cool and definitely worked to speed healing. I've already recommended this tattoo place to 3 people for their next tattoos.

Amazing experience with Katie at Chronic Ink! She did an amazing job and everyone in the salon is very friendly and helpful. The wait is not bad and the process is easy. I recommend this place!

By far the best tattoo shop I have been too so far. The shop is very clean and the staff very friendly and informative. I got my fourth tattoo here and my first color tattoo, which I had been nervous about. Christine who was the artist, was wonderful in explaining how the color would appear on my body, and in the design of my tattoo. She made every moment that I was there comfortable and her work is very well done. I love my tattoo!
