Do NOT go here for a piercing! I went in for my helix and the guy working (bit older man slightly heavier set) was already pushy because he was getting ready for a tattoo. He sat me down in a chair in the middle of the store, cleaned the area, and then just shoved the earring in as hard as he could. He never used a needle. Just the actual earring. This has completely ruined the top part of my left ear. I have had the earring for about a year now and I have to professionally get my stud taken out because my ear is permanently swollen from him piercing my ear that way. One of the most unprofessional tattoo/piercing parlors!

Guys at the shop we're nice and made it easy to get scheduled. It was my mom and sisters first tattoo and very satisfied with what we got!

Steve has tattooed both of my upper arms, one of which he designed from my idea. Both turned out fantastic! Now I plan on adding to them.

Around 2 years ago I came here for a naval piercing and had a good experience getting it done by Chris. About a year ago I came back for 3 more piercings and I believe it was the owner who did my piercings that time. He didnt clean the areas he was piercing and I'm pretty sure he used the same needle for all three of the piercings. I had problems with two of the piercings since, including one being pierced crooked. I went to another piercing shop later because of the healing issues I was having and they told me it was because of the original jewelry put in. As soon as they put new jewelry in all of the problems went away. Then recently I brought my friend to get her Naval done hopefully by Chris because mine turned out really well from him. The other person did it instead and he also didnt clean the area he was piercing for her, even when she asked, because he said it didnt matter if he cleaned it or not. I will never be going back here and I don't reccomend anyone else comes here for piercings, unless maybe by Chris.

Made an appointment a week in advance for 4 of us. Have got many tattoos from Chris and he is great but he never showed up. One of the people came from Birch Run area.and it was going to be her first tattoo. Tried calling like 12 times and went by twice. Never came in. It makes me sad to leave this negative review but I was counting on getting my tattoo today. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend gem to anyone.
