Overall it was descent but wouldn’t recommend. Although my designer was descent I felt she could have been more focused instead they were more focused on getting ready to leave for the day and head to a restaurant...I felt rushed and that I wasn’t given enough time for a thorough consult. I was shown the drawing as I was filling out paperwork. There were some passive aggressive comments initially from the customer service staff and it’s not professional especially it being my first impression. The moment a client walks in they should feel heard and respected not have to stand their ground with a high school clique or feel pressured in any way. My tattoo is not bad but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place off the bat—I didn’t really get the reassurance and service I was hoping for. To the girls who are covered in tattoos (manager and reception) my first tattoo may be a small quick thing to you although to me it means something and holds much significance as I would imagine it would hold to anyone... There should be more attention to detail and improved customer care. I’m sure this varies artist to artist but I question the caliber and the quality of the staff and store manager while I was there. She was passive aggressive and stand-offish—she may have lightened up a bit after some push back...As this was my first interaction and they suggested and assigned the artist to me. Looking back I should of probably refrained from proceeding with a deposit and I should of just left and gone elsewhere. This all being said Lucy still did a descent enough job although I recommend more focus on a consult and the client

a little pricey. and they got tax on their tattoos as well. so extra pricey. good work though, if you've got the cash.

The tattooed barber hooked me up with a fresh fade. Great vibes, music and atmosphere from his shop. Visiting from The Northwest Territories, I was booked in quickly and painlessly while waiting for my girlfriends sister, as she was getting inked up in the adjoining tattoo parlour. Professional and comfortable experience overall. Highly recommended for a dope cut or getting some ink. Will return whenever I'm back in town. Cheers.
