Have gotten all of my piercings done here and have no complaints! Wonderful service, reasonable prices and is very sanitary! Would strongly recommend to anyone!

After non stop calling this place and getting no answer I decided to drive to Port Perry to make an appointment. When I arrived at 6:30 the lady locked the door as i was walking up to it, even though their hours say 7. The next next day I drove back and made an appointment for 5:30 the very same day, gave my phone number and everything seemed to be good. Later that day i drove back to Port Perry for 5:30 and when i got there the lady told me she had tried to call me because she had to leave in ten minutes and could no longer help me. I did not have one missed phone call and then asked the lady if she was reimbursing me for my fuel and time wasted, mind you I don't live in Port Perry and this is my fourth time driving there. My experience here was awful and incredibly unprofessional, I would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I ended up going to Depression Ink in Stouffville and had a much better experience.

I drove from out of town to my appointment, waited half an hour, and the artist never showed up. They would not give me the deposit back without speaking to the artist, who was not there, so I had to drive back the next day. Very unprofessional I expected at least a phone call.
