Amazing experience! From the first encounter, using their online chat service to originally book my appointment, to seeing the final product Karen had created, I was very impressed with the entire process! Karen is a FANTASTIC artist with a great eye for adding in detail to my original idea for a piece. I will be back! Thank you to Karen for making my experience wonderful! The rest of the staff we encountered were very professional, fun and easy to talk to! Loved the atmosphere in the shop and will be recommending Chronic Ink to everyone!

Went to Markham to get my tattoo. Was not disappointed. Awesome skill from my artist Lydia. First tattoo I've ever gotten. The orientation and communication felt like there could be some improvement but most likely attributed to the fact that most clientele are more local than I am. Only thing I'd rather have done was just have my appointment over the phone as I drove three hours to get there and was there for 15min. Other than that, great staff, and amazing artists. Will definitely be back!

5 stars for tattoo 1 star for pricing 5 stars for cleanliness 3 stars for customer service It's been 8 months since I got a tattoo and every time I keep looking at it I can't help but smile. It's beautiful. The man at the consulting table was kind and friendly although a few at the front desk were not as kind. Cold even. When I asked about the size and the pricing the man at the front desk asked how much it would be to his co worker and for a 2 1/2" tattoo circle she said it would be $185. Shocking. I booked for the tattoo for the following week and the artist was very precise and polite. It was done well but I wouldn't say it's worth $185. Overall beautifully done.

I had the pleasure of getting Karen to work with me on a chest/half sleeve piece. She was able to get it done in two sessions instead of the three as pre-planned. Over the course, Karen was informative and flexible with the design as we put on the stencil. The environment was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and relaxed. I was there for almost 6-7 hours each session and felt very comfortable. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would recommend Chronic Ink to anyone who is looking for professional and high quality pieces done.

I was tattooed by Lydia yesterday and she is amazing! She was extremely patient with me and was so conscious of keeping everything sterile. Her artistry is amazing and she really mirrored the reference. She didn’t rush me and made sure I was completely happy with the design. The shop is really clean and I had a great experience. I will definitely come back for my next tattoos. Love this place!
