My daughter made an appt for us about a month ago and it was scheduled for Sat Jan 20th at 10:30am. We arrived at 10:20am and everyone seemed extremely disorganized. We sat there for over 30 mins before "our guy" (wont use his name) told us they double booked and asked if we could come back at 2:30. We weren't thrilled but we agreed to come back at 2:30. When we arrived we still weren't greeted - actually there wasn't even anyone at the front desk for the first 5-10 mins of us standing there until all the guys filled out in front of us to go out for a smoke, (nobody has even acknowledged us yet). "Our guy" heated up his lunch and came to the front desk, ate it while talking to us about "Downtown Pam" longer than he talked to us about what we wanted our tattoo to look like. At 3:15 I was more than impatient with their lack of consideration towards us - you would think that since you already screwed up my 10:30 appt you would be more than accomodating and on time when I arrived the 2nd time. Oh and a family of 4 walked in right past us and went directly to the back (2 adults & 2 children) and were having a great chat with "our guy" in the back delaying him even further. I guess the sign on the wall at reception that says nobody under 18 allowed past that point doesn't mean anything since both of the children looked to be under 10. Needless to say we left at 3:15 - 45 mins after our scheduled appt without getting a tattoo. I am sure all you guys do great work and are great guys and have lots of happy customers but I don't frequent a lot of tattoo shops and perhaps this is how you conduct business in a tattoo shop but customer service and consideration SHOULD be important to any business owner. Shame on me for not doing a little more research before I let my daughter book the appt.
