I got my very first tattoo done by Jeff & I must say he did an excellent job. His work is very clean & he was always open to any ideas I had for the tattoo. When I decide what piece I want next i'll be going back to him for sure. I did upload a photo of the tattoo I got from Jeff which is of the Marvel character Venom. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star rating wasn't because of his work. The chair I got to sit in while getting worked on was very uncomfortable. For the first session the chair I was sitting in didn't even have a back piece to support my back so I was feeling it. I would highly recommend upgrading the chairs at the shop. But overall I was very happy how my tattoo turned out & the artists at the shop are great people & easy to talk to.

Worst tattoo parlour ever! They will intentionally go way too deep. Apparently it amuses them to see people suffer. Tattoo turned out awful. I really regret going here, now Im stuck with their awful tattoo.

I went to the Parkdale location to get an armour sleeve done in realism style. Duane claimed that he could accomplish this, but that turned out to be a lie. His outlining was bang on, I’ve never seen anyone do such clean circles. I was really happy after the first session. Then came the second session where he started shading. He made his ink super watery and just hammered it into my arm. I have a bunch of other tattoos and none ever hurt near as bad as this. He went over the same spot again and again and again to try to build the shading, and then he went back in with the liner after he went over the same spot 20 times. He overworked it to the point that I got a heinous infection and had to go to the emerg clinic. Everywhere he shaded was just pus that was bright greeny/yellow and extremely painful. When I showed the doctor he said the infection was caused by too much trauma and the introduction of a foreign body (the ink). Once it finally healed with the help of antibiotics I was left with no ink and just scar tissue. When I showed the infection to Duane he said that I “got some fluff in it”. He also declared that doctors don’t know anything and that I should believe the tattoo artist over someone with 8 years of medical school. Every other tattoo artist I showed said that it was overworked beyond belief. If anyone doubts any of this I documented the whole thing and have a bunch of photos. DO NOT GET TATTOOED BY DUANE.*** On a side note, Adam did a wonderful tiger head on my knee and I love it.

Had a tattoo done here and it looks terrible. Not symmetrical and sloppy. "Artist" with shaved head and beard rushed through it and seemed like I was wasting his time! He did not listen to what I wanted. Not impressed! Thank you Cottage 13 for fixing it
