I’ve been to sessions for over a year and the staff lost interest in me when she noticed my tattoo wasn’t fading anymore. Now a year later I have a half faded tattoo that makes me more self conscious than I was before. One time I went for a session they weren’t there due to illness of the one staff they have and never noticed me. I left work for this and was not happy with compensation. The one staff member they have is educated but then again the owners are never there so each client feels like second string. As for the actual place it seems messy set up with dividers in the room oddly placed. The equipment and tools are always cleaned after each client. Overall not very happy And wouldn’t go back unless the rest of my sessions were free. Going to try a new place.

Awesome experience every session! Bethana is very friendly and knowledgeable. I drive from Oshawa for my treatments and it's definitely worth the trip! Highly recommended

Absolutely adore this place! The girl is super awesome and calm. Makes you feel right at home. The improvement I've seen in my tattoo disappearances phenomenal. Worth every penny.
