Where to begin. The store manager was amazing at answering all my questions/inquiries/concerns via email before booking an appointment. I had the pleasure of having Vince, a fantastic artist do my tattoo along with my husbandâ€™s. Although it was my first time, Vince was so patient with me by answering my million and one questions and reassured me about my first tattoo (which is essential making sure that youâ€™re comfortable with your artist and that they are comfortable with you). I mustâ€™ve talked his ears off but he was SO great. My husband and I love him and heâ€™s definitely doing our next tattoo as well. The store manager did not greet me when I got there on time, instead he took the liberty of swinging by after I got my stencil so he could greet me and introduce himself. He treated us like family and I was so just overtaken by excitement. The store manager even followed up a few days later to see how the healing process was going and I think that deserves more than just recognition. You will not regret your visit there! I highly recommend them and they are always open to answering all your questions and concerns! Love them!

Was a great experience being tattooed at black widow, Kat and Jackson were both really calming presences and I felt like they spent a good amount of time making sure I was happy with the end result and the process. :D was only my second tattoo and would go back and be tattooed there again, if I lived anywhere near ðŸ˜‚. Kat was great at helping me get the tattoo how it was in my minds eye and adjusted the placement six times till I was happy with it.

Just recently got my fourth tattoo from this place. They're definitely one of the best places I've ever been to! I've dealt with Chino and Kat, both are very talented! From the shop manager Jackson to everyone else working there, the staff is super friendly. Can't wait to go back!!!

I am very happy with my experience with Black Widow Tattoo. I am not too much into the tattoo world so I was a bit scared but they made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Everybody is very professional and nice, and the artist, Aiko, followed all my indications, making exactly the tattoo that I wanted. Although I find it a bit expensive, I would say that the prices are in line with the ones of professional tattoo shops in Toronto. I will definitely consider this shop again in case of more tattoos in the future.

Iâ€™m so happy I found this studio, Iâ€™ve been wanting to get a tattoo for many years but I couldnâ€™t find someone willing and capable to work with me, my skin, my project and level of detail and complexity. Iâ€™m deeply grateful and happy with the work done by Jeremy, heâ€™s an amazingly talented artist and he was very nice to me, I felt very comfortable with him. Jackson , the store manager was also very welcoming and he checked on my after 3 days I had my tattoo. The studio is absolutely wonderful from infrastructure to human capital. I canâ€™t speak highly enough about Black Widow!
