Great atmosphere, most of the artists are chill and laid back and for the most part have many experienced tattooers in all ranges to help you get the most of your tattoo for your time. Only downside is it might get packed quick depending what time and day you come in for walk-ins.

I paid the standard 100 dollar deposit to ensure my appointment. I received no artwork, no notice or any brief that it was non refundable. When i discovered somewhere that would better suit my tattoo idea, I called to cancel, well in advance of their 24hr reschedule policy. I was informed that my 100 bucks was forfeit to pay the artist for artwork that hasn't been seen or approved by myself. I'm not interested in wearing something I haven't seen, nor being treated so poorly by the aloof artists at Pearl Harbour Gift shop. Shame on all of you.

I had lots of work done here by Jennifer. She's absolutely incredible and super talented, I had to wait for appointments with her but everything she did for me was absolutely beautiful. The shop itself is small but very clean and fun to look around when you're getting tattooed. I feel that this shop is less pretentious than many other Toronto shops especially if you're new to being tattooed. I really recommend this shop, the only reason why I haven't been back is because it's so far from where I live but I definitely recommend it!
