I'd have to say this place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I practically had to beg them to take my money. When I arrived both of the owners and or workers did the bare minimum to interact with me. The procedure done was alright. I really think that the owners of this store are too young to understand that customer service is extremely important. The way you treat your customer "someone paying you to do a service" helps to bring in people. I'd rather pay extra money somewhere else to support a well deserving worker - than these entitled people. Acting as if they're doing me a favour, when really I'm the one paying their bills. Bye.

I had a wonderful experience with Anna at The Good Geisha. Anna was very patient, friendly and personable. Due to an issue I was having at the time of my third and final touch up was supposed to be due, Anna totally worked with me and waited I believe almost 3 months for me to be ready to finish. Each time I’ve been there for my touch ups was great, pain free and full of pleasant and funny conversations. And even got a cozy blanket! I’m so happy with my brows and not having to ever draw them on again! Thanks Anna!!

Love the Good Geisha! The location is great, the store is extremely bright and clean. Anna and Amber are both very professional and talented at semi-permanent makeup! I highly recommend them, overall great experience and super happy with my results.

I had such a good experience and love the eyeliner tattoo that I had done here. Anna, Amber, and their team are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The studio is clean and inviting and in such a convenient location. They are willing to work with you to ensure that the style is exactly as you want and tweak it to your liking. The process itself is quick and not too painful. I’d definitely recommend the good geisha to anyone looking for permanent makeup.

Anna and Amber are kind, informative, and incredibly knowledgeable about what they do. Their expertise and attentiveness puts you instantly at ease - true professionals. If you're hesitant about semi-permanent makeup, don't look any further! You're in good hands here :)
