I have used multiple suppliers over the years but recently switched to studio one. Never had a problem till the shipping company messed things up. Luckily studio one payed for there mistake and have my order on the way asap on there expense. Great service down to earth crew.

Great place, I've been going here for years and always leave with everything I need

If you're a beginner of any kind steer clear because these guys will look down their noses at you (in fact he didn't actually look at me for the entire interaction) and treat you like a moron. I went in and asked for some 0.35mm needles, he wouldn't even let me finish my sentence with "#12 3RL" before he butted in and said "that's not a size" and "I don't know what that is". Rather than asking me questions or trying to help me out in the slightest he walked off into the back. Would give 0 stars if I could. Will never be back. Shame because I live in the neighborhood and would rather walk down to a local supply store. Guess I'll find a different one.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hope to be going here for many years to come.

Very poor experience. I came in as a beginner with some questions about ink and needles and got nothing but disrespect. Guy could not be bothered to lift his head from his computer and dinner when I came through the door. When I asked basic questions I received nothing but eye rolls and sighs. I have never felt so unwanted in a store in my life. Will not return!
