This place is amazing! I had 2 sittings for one piece and both times the experience was perfect. Jay goes above and beyond to make you know you're a priority and your ideas matter. He made sure it was perfect and he was super warm and encouraging. He gets you pumped for your piece! He was also really understanding and accommodating for my fibromyalgia. Sharon and Sam are so friendly and really work with what you want. I would definitely recommend and will go again!

This year I was fortunate enough to be able to attend the NIX tattoo convention in Toronto where by chance I stumbled upon this talented and charming group of artists. The artists were quick to greet me and were enthusiastic about my tattoo ideas. Once the plans were set in stone the process of getting my next great piece of ink began. From start to finish I felt like I had been a valued client for years, despite only having just met them. The entire process was explained clear and concisely to me. The stenciling process was done with attention to detail. All health and safety procedures were adhered to. My artist (Vegas) was enthusiastic and engaged in helping me achieve my desired tattoo results. The rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and concerned about the comfort of myself and the guest with me. On top of phenomenal customer service, my tattoo piece was exactly what I wanted. Good clean lines, vibrant colors, and also achieved the spirit of what I wanted in the image. I keep looking at my ink and I'm loving it everytime! Also noteworthy: Hustle Butter. The staff at Ink Living Color strongly promote this post tattoo product and I am personally quite pleased with the quality of this product as well. In short, Ink Living Color is the packaged deal. On top of being treated like a valued client and leaving with a piece of A+ art, you leave feeling like a friend. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality of art AND a high customer service standard that exceeds expectations - perfect for anyone who might be a little nervous for their first time!

Got an awesome traditional piece on my ankle... John did great work and was eager to give his opinions on my original design which made an already cool piece that much better. Sharon and Edgar were also very welcoming and made for great conversation while I was getting tattooed. I will happily return next time I'm visiting Toronto.
