Super friendly and amazing staff, always have an answer to any questions I have and always give great tips and creative ideas when I come in about tattoo’s. Staff are always helpful and positive & explain everything theyre doing, especially when it comes to cleanliness(which i love). Stay rad guys! I highly recommend this place!!

I went to creation only because I heard good reviews and I was in the area. I had gotten my ears pierced somewhere else before and it was only 50 dollars. I picked out the earrings (they had no price tags and I was not told how much it'd be) and then a very nice lady did my doubles. All I had done was get my doubles pierced and it was 158 dollars. Literally anywhere else in the city would only charge me for the earrings. I understand a small service fee but 158 dollars seems like a stretch. I was not told the price ahead of time and the website said 50 dollars for studs. If youre going to charge people 158 dollars for a simple piercing you cant say its only 50 dollars on your website without any indication that there will be additional charges. Im only 17 I dont have 158 dollars to throw around and this experience was very upsetting for me. Ive talked to a lot of people I know that have piercings and everyones told me that 158 dollars is waaay too much. Overall very unhappy with my experience, I will be going elsewhere for future piercings. (would've given zero stars but google wouldn't let me)

Happy with the work done...it just was a super long wait...thank God they had comfy furniture to sit on during the wait!! We were walk ins though so we kinda expected a bit of a wait!

I went in for a walk in tattoo today and I was at the shop before it opened with just two people ahead of me. I waited for the entire day to get a very simple tattoo done and in the end I had to call to ask if it was going to happen and they told me they wouldn't have time. I understand it is walkin and there are no guarantees but I find it hard to understand how it didn't get done when I showed up before the shop was open, with two tattoo artists on site and two people ahead of me. Even that I would understand because things happen but the communication was not clear. I will be going elsewhere to get the tattoo because it is very simple and I was quite sad today as I was looking forward to it all week and I also waited outside for the shop to open.
