Every time I go to Black Cloud I feel welcome and comfortable talking to my artist Liam Jarvis when bringing him my new ideas. Overall I would highly recommend Liam as a tattoo artist, especially if you are looking for black and grey work!

Terrible staff. The manner in which they address the public is disgusting, obviously very uneducated. If it wasn't bad enough that an employee chose to verbally assault a woman over something extremely petty, but also facilitated disgusting verbal threats about a little girl who knows no better. There are many tattoo shops in London that have great artists and great pricing and don't have scumbags imprinting something permanent onto your skin. There is still quite a bit of stigma attached to people with a lot of tattoos, and people who work in tattoo shops and people like the staff at Black Cloud are undoing all the positive progress that has been made in that area.

Sadly after seeing how one person from this establishment went on their Facebook and trashed talked a mother and her child, I think when it comes to my next tattoo I will look else where. I was considering Black Cloud for my next one but I just cannot support a business where one person just did that. It makes the entire business look bad, no matter who works there. Also please do not respond with your "its common practice for business only bathrooms..." because that is NOT addressing the issue. The issue is an employee is being UNPROFESSIONAL and now a woman and her family are being harassed by strangers. So again, it sucks this happened but sadly I cannot support this business any longer. If something changes and the person has consequences to their disgusting Facebook rant then maybe that could change but so far the real issue is not being address.

Its essentially just human garbage running the shop. 1/10 customer service. The kind of people to tattoo you and bad mouth you as soon as you leave. Do yourself a big favour and take your money literally anywhere else.
