Buyer beware. This company cannot guarantee that they have all items listed on their website available even after you pay for them upfront. If you then choose to cancel your whole order (because you now don’t want the other items in your order since they were part of a set including the item they don’t have) you will be refunded but they will keep a “restocking fee” ($5) and you will be on the hook to still pay for any other items that were marked final sale even though you’ll never receive them. I attempted to reason with them on this bonus logic of penalizing the customer for their website being misleading and the response I got time and again was that they cannot guarantee that anything is actually available and have no control of their stock levels (what?) and that they “clearly” state all this in the fine print in the depths of their website.

What a pleasure it was to deal with the staff at Weddingfavours.ca The knowledge of their products is above what I expected from an online store (later found out they have a bricks and mortar store too) and their advice on picking the right product for my needs was priceless. I'll definitely be back in the future for supplies for parties. I wish I had used them for my wedding! Also their shipping was just as promised.

I ordered from weddingfavors.ca months ago for a friend's wedding and I couldn't be happier. My order came in with high quality products and exactly what I ordered, and even my back and forth questions with their customer support before placing my order was a seamless, fast-response experience. I would definitely order from them again.

Do not order anything from this website. I ordered disposable cameras for my wedding tables and when I got them developed at Henry's the quality was terrible. I was told by the manager at Henry's that the cameras were either very old or stored improperly in a high heat environment - this is the only explanation for how the pictures came out. I have been trying to contact this company for two months so that they can refund my money and make it as right as possible (they can't completely fix it even with a refund because these are my wedding pictures - I can't get them back!!). I've offered to put them in contact with the Manager at Henry's who gave me this information in case they think I am lying - no response. No one ever answers their phone and my emails are being ignored. Still following up. Fingers crossed that someone higher up in the company reads this and finally gets back to me.
