After going through different tattoo designs on the Internet, I came up with 3 that matched the idea I had had in my mind for half a year. Then, I started to look for tattoo studios in London and their portfolios. After some hours, I found one at Parlour tattoo studio that had clearly the style I was looking for: Jezz's portfolio. When I e-mailed them explaining my idea, they replied me back very fast and asked me to come by to talk to him and discuss the design. In a few minutes, Jezz combined my ideas and some pictures that followed the style I wanted and drew a sketch on my foot. I just loved the sketch and immediately booked an appointment! When I was shown the final design before getting started, I could not believe that it had exceed all my expectations... It was a piece of art!! I was just amazed. This has been one of the most rewarding tattoo experiences I have ever had (note: I have several tattoos): everything clear from the beginning (times and price), very professional, familiar and nice environment at the studio, high quality tattoo... TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Lara is incredible!!!! So talented and steady I would recommend her to anyone. She had some amazing drawings in studio as well that I haven't seen online so definitely go in and meet her! My tattoo had thin lines and they came out great!! I'm super happy!

Really awful customer service. Want £100 for a 5 letter 1 word tattoo, don't do consultations for any small tattoo despite it being my first. Wouldn't discuss it and mumbled about coming in to have it done by an apprentice next week. Saw their designs online and thought they were lovely and their customer service has totally put me off.

Came to Parlour Tattoo Studio with spontaneous last min request for piercings. Kelly was so helpful! It was refreshing receiving such great service and was very much appreciated despite being close to closing time. Thank you Kelly, for all the advice and patience. I will definitely be returning.

Worst costumer service ever literally they took our deposit money and got no tattoo, the receptionist was super rude and not helpful, and they didn’t even bother to answer emails
