Had my first piercing (nipple) done here and it was great. They were professional and clean. Gave me indications on how to take care and make it heal properly, which it did. They also helped me relax at the moment, while my friend was laughing at my pain. Well done guys!

Went in for my first tattoo, came with a image of a design that was fairly easy, just an outline without shading, but the artist changed some things from the original design which I didn’t like but was too late to change, and it just technically wasn’t the neatest as lines weren’t parallel, it’s all very asymmetrical and some of the strokes are bolder and deeper in some places than others so the depth is uneven throughout the whole design. highly regret getting this tattoo and am put off from future tattoos. The team was nice however but really don’t think this is worth the money and paid and it’s honestly upset that this is permanently on my body and it’s just so wrong from what I wanted. I did voice my concern a fair few times with the like initial blue ink thing and the positioning of the tattoo but the details which weren’t done before were changed and yeah, I just don’t like it.

Had my ears re pierced this morning. Lovely, friendly staff and completely painless. Good aftercare info. Very professional and in no way off putting

It’s very clean and very friendly. I was so pleased with tattoo and calm they made me feel during the process. I would highly recommend this anyone considering a tattoo and have already told my brother to get one too.

Clean environment and friendly staff. I had a nose piercing here- which i no longer have . I had to take it out as it still didn't heal 1 year 7 months later (even though i followed their cleaning advice). It may have been due to the angle it was pierced at (slanted). The second time i went here was the get a pair of ear lobe piercings done. It has been 11 weeks and they still have not healed, throbbing and what not. I went in to ask one of the staff to check, and he barely had a proper look and told me they're healing nicely, despite the fact i told him they still hurt and i clean them as advised. The healing time for ear lobes are supposed to be 4-6 weeks, so the fact that it's been 11 and he said "2 more weeks should be fine" is very absurd! Friendly staff but don't seem like they really know their stuff. I could just be unlucky though. Won't be going back here.
