Had a brilliant experience here today, I told Nicole I was a bit nervous for my daith piercing and she was fantastic. She was really kind and patient with me and made me feel really relaxed and in safe hands. Would recommend Love Hate to anyone who is looking to get a new piercing!

Such a fraud for piercings. If you’re going to spend the money, go to Maria Tash where the quality is actually high and the staff are friendly. I got simple lobe piercings done last year. I specifically told the piercer that my ears would not heal unless the jewelry was gold, and she confirmed that it was and said to come back in a few months to get the backs switched for shorter ones. After not healing for months, I switched the jewelry myself only to realize the original metal was not gold. I emailed to complain, and was given a *very generous* 10% off my next jewelry purchase. As if I’d want to spend hundreds more on non-gold jewelry. I then figured I’d at least go get shorter posts for when my piercings heal - after spending £200 on the earrings it would be nice to actually use them. Turns out new posts are an additional £30 - which was funnily not mentioned when I got the piercing and was told to come switch them out. Long story to say - avoid piercing here at all costs.

Really great experience, they were very responsive and helpful via email. I went in for a quick (free) consultation to talk about my idea with the artist. They are very friendly and help you with any questions you have post the tattoo as well. Would highly recommend.
