I’ve gotten MANY piercings before, and never have I been as disappointed as I am after my experience at this store at the Malvern Town Centre location. I was told when I called in that they’ve had over 16 years of experience, yet BOTH my piercings are a mess. The inside of my lip is TORN due to the labret piercing.. it’s extremely painful, and I was pierced with the WRONG RING!! The stud the woman used on me is round and constantly jabbing into my wound, creating a bigger mess. My belly ring was not even pierced through my belly button.. it’s literally pierced through my stomach.. Right away, I was appalled by the results, but the woman forced me to pay.. she even asked for a tip for her awful work.. she promised to “redo” the piercing in a month.. A FULL MONTH.. my friends and mom, who’s a professional body piercer back in ottawa, are completely disgusted by the results. I called in to speak to the manager, and apparently the woman who pierced me claimed she herself is the manager.. when I once again mentioned her awful work, she told me she pierced it this way due to my “excess fat”. The sheer disrespect.. I weigh 125 pounds.. my BMI is normal.. Yeah, I may not be the lightest person on the planet, but I’ve seen bigger people get belly piercings and actually have it pierced where it’s meant to be. AGAIN, ID LIKE TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT ITS NOT PIERCED THROUGH MY BELLY BUTTON.. IT’S ON MY SKIN.. Also, BOTH PIERCINGS GOT INFECTED! I have NEVER had ANY piercing get infected before! I’ve gotten my cartilage, tragus, three anti cartilage piercings done at the same time, and many more, yet I have NEVER come out of it with an INSTANT INFECTION! I clean both my piercings 2-3 times a day, use mouth wash after every meal, etc. Yet the very first night I had the piercings they got infected.. NOT ONLY WAS I PIERCED BY THE WRONG STUD, BUT I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $50 TO HAVE IT CHANGED TO THE STUD THEY WERE ORIGINALLY MEANT TO PIERCE WITH.. AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME ON MY BELLY RING WHEN IT WAS NOT PIERCED ON MY BELLY TO BEGIN WITH.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WOULD HOPE THAT YOU ALL SEE THIS REVIEW BEFORE EVER CONSIDERING SUBJECTING YOURSELVES TO THIS. IT IS NOT WORTH IT! PRICES ARE WAY OVERPRICED AND I TRULY DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THEM ARE LICENSED! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES THE PAIN AND MONEY AND GET IT DONE ELSEWHERE.

Soo... One time I got my septum pierced and it was done too close to the front and not in the "sweet spot". The other time I went there I got my eyebrow done and the lady stabbed me in the cheek with the needle. Scars are permanent.

Have never fallen for reviews, but this is real. Great service, very friendly indian lady and my 3 peircings were d most painless n clean peircings v done. Assesories are unique and i confidently recommend to anyone who wants a good job done. 👍🏽🤚🏾Stars worth it.

great experience, got my nose and ears pierced and was really happy with the out come...the Indian woman working here was really nice and was extra careful and clean.
