Extremely professional, comfortable, and clean. Exceptional customer service. Most importantly: amazing results. Expensive, but worth every dollar. Kudos to Alia and the ALC team!

There are many laser clinics out there to chose from but if you’re looking for results Advanced Laser Clinic is your choice. What impresses me the most with the clinic is the confidence and reassurance that whatever tasks they are doing will yield the results you are looking for. I have nothing but EXCEPTIONAL things to say regarding the professional diagnosis, treatment and care I received from this clinic. They were compassionate, caring and above all very professional. Aside from the excellent staff at Advanced Laser Clinic, they use state of the art equipment to ensure the successful completion of your treatment. Currently being treated for a small hypertrophic scar on the bridge of my nose. The clinic has put me through two Picoway resolve sessions that have drastically changed the appearance of the scar and flattened it out. Each session is scheduled four weeks apart, the first session made a 25% difference, the second session yielded a 50% difference and I fully expect the third session will bring the appearance back to 100% !!! The proper consultation, diagnosis, treatment and equipment was used for the success of this treatment. If you’re feeling self conscious and lost about a scar that has recently became part of your life the closest thing you’ll get to a miracle will be the treatments that are provided by the qualified technicians using state of the art technology at Advanced Laser Clinic. Clean, fast, efficient, professional. They went out of their way to reschedule my tattoo removal after the crazy traffic during the flooding crisis, which is amazing. Parking is free! The only complaint I have is the price. I paid 500$ for 3 sessions on removing two thin 3 cm long stems on my rose tattoo, which takes the esthetician literally 180 seconds to laser each visit. I guess it is the standard price, which I partially understand. I really appreciate the esthetician recommending me to wait for the skin to heal and give me the appropriate time to wait until I schedule the next visit, according to her it's to get my money's worth for the removal and better results, which I really respect. You can tell she cares about her clients' satisfaction. They definitely deliver promising results; you are paying for quality service, guaranteed.

I had my first laser treatment at Advanced Laser Clinic last night. I can't say enough good things about my experience, the office is very clean and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Roxanne who is very knowledgeable and very nice. She has a lot of experience and took the time to explain everything to me and made sure to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend to everyone, thanks for a great experience!
