Very nice staff. However, their technical skills seem limited. I brought in my bricked device, asked them to fix it. They said that I'd have to pay $70 as a base fee if they couldn't fix it. They didn't fix it, so I went home and restored my ROM in less than 10 minutes. Their senior software repairman couldn't fix it but I, a 17 year old could

Fast and good quality service. I went into Techbuy today to fix my very broken iPhone screen. 45 minutes is all it took from the time i walked into the store till the time i left, with my phone being completely fixed. i would definitely recommend Techbuy and would definitely use there services again

Brought my phone in to get the screen repaired, was given a horrible quality aftermarket screen and was handed my phone completely disabled having to restore the phone to factory settings! I was told it would take 1 hour— I dropped it off at 11am and got the call to say it was done at 2:35pm. After which I realized that my data had been used and I was given overage charges while it was in their possession. When I returned to complain (because the touch screen was not working— I literally could not even text! The screen was also very dull and unclear) I was told I could pay $40 more for the actual screen to be put on (that is compatible with my phone) which should have been installed in the first place!! When I voiced this the man told me “you’re upset? You wasted MY time!”. Appalled. Three trips to the store and 2 days wasted for a service that should have been completed PROPERLY in 1 hour. Had my broken screen put back on and my money refunded so I could take my business elsewhere, and I am SO glad that I did! Awful customer service. Awful quality. Would not recommend!

Great business to deal with. I have trade in my phones . Same time I brought in my laptop to get it fix. Technician was very polite and explained in detail what needs to be done. You have customer for life.

Very rude, unprofessional and bad quality of work. IPad came back with scratches and other problems. Got my iPad screen replaced with a very low quality part that has glitches and is occasionally un-responsive to multiple touches and tasks such as swiping. Also some finger like lines appeared in the screen especially noticeable in white backgrounds. So I went back and after some hesitation from the owner he agreed to replace it. It seems they rushed the second time and left scratches on the lcd under the screen, along with oil stains from wiping the lcd and a lot of dust. They didn't even remove the protective film this time so I can leave and not notice the damage done underneath. Also the home button moves around as if it's not glued into place. Feels like it's going to fall out if you tilt the iPad upside down. After confronting the owner he doesn't seem to care and instead blames the customer for being "too picky" . If you are charging a premium over other shops then you better do a better job. But instead, they do a sloppy job and install cheap parts in order to make more money and then continue being rude with the customer. So after being fed up and wasting so much time going back and forth I asked for a refund, and the owner refused telling me to take him to court while kicking me out of the store. Overall, better off going to pacific mall and getting it done for cheaper. Thought I was getting something more quality and closer to home. Hope the $100 is worth it for you.
