Worst service I have ever had! I don't recommend this spa to anyone. I agree with most of the reviews I had similar experiences. If you want high quality nails and service do not go here. There weren't many employees and the smells of chemicals was strong and toxic I had to go outside of the salon. The wait was very long even though I had a appointment. The nail technician was mostly on her phone and was not paying attention. There prices are overpriced.

This place is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. My 2 friends and I went to get our nails done and we had an appointment yet one of my friends had to wait over an hour for her nails to get done. They let other people without appointments go before her which was very unfair. The nail technicians were very rude. The lady did not shape our nails correctly despite me reminding her, she continuously ignored me. If you are in a hurry do not go to this nail salon, you will be disappointed and waiting all day.

This spa was completely overpriced and the employees were not many. They reated my very rudely. I wanted to get shellac and sparkles and that was 50$ with rhinestones. It was not worth it at all!

They are very hard to understand and when I asked her what she meant she was getting mad very easily. She didn't do my nails correctly and when I told her she got mad again. There was a nail technician who was yelling at someone on the phone and she put had them on speaker. She was bringing her personal issues to other clients.

Shellac colors are home made by blending them together and color is completely different than what you want. That was worst manicure I ever had done. She didn't use cuticle remover water to soak fingers was cold my .I spend 30 dollars on manicure that looks like it was done by 5 year old .Will not visit again. Place needs scrabbing specially tubs for pedicure and floors.
