I decided to do laser hair removal for my armpits last year as I was struggling with my confidence due to the look of certain parts of my body. Epiderma not only gave me 100% the best service possible but also made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The employees are all so kind and make you feel welcome. The results have been beyond what I could imagine. Overall, I am thrilled with epiderma and will be returning for more treatments. Thank you so much Epiderma Orléans!

I really think the results depend on the candidate and their specific situation. For instance, I was light blond growing up and dark blond in my adulthood, I also do not have alot of body hair. I have had 2 treatments thus far and am already pleased with the results between the treatments. I will add that it hurts like hell but will be worth the investment in the long term. I have had the same aesthetician both times with a very professional disposition.

I decided to get laser hair removal for two areas a year ago. After doing a lot of research on different laser machines, I decided Epiderma was the best clinic. During my initial consultation, the manager told me I was a great candidate and that I would see a minimum of 80% hair loss. Unfortunately after the 7 recommended treatments, I did not see the promised results. The manager convinced me into buying an extra 3 treatments per area. After doing a total of 10 treatments, the only difference I saw was 10% hair loss and thinner hair. The manager then explained that I was no longer a prime candidate. She had also convinced me into buying a 50$ cream which I didn't end up using. Seeing as my schedule was very flexible last year, I had asked if I could book with the same aesthetician for each of my appointments. They told me this could not be possible. I ended up having at least 5 different aestheticians throughout my appointments. I was very disappointed with my results and spent a lot of money. If you don't see results after the first 7 treatments, I would definitely NOT recommend you purchase any more sessions. I have now resorted back to waxing. On the bright side, most of the aestheticians were very nice and professional. I liked that they marked the areas with a pencil before starting the treatments so you knew exactly what you were paying for.

La clinique Epiderma d’Orléans est un bureau très professionnel. L’accueil est chaleureux et les services sont excellents. Les techniciennes et les médecins sont bilingues! Je recommanderais cette clinique à ceux et celles qui souhaitent prendre bien soin de leur apparence.

Super service très courtois et professionnel. Par contre, dire que les gens peuvent s’endormir pendant un traitement laser est exagéré pas mal ( pour moi ça fait mal en titi ! )
