Do not waist your time with this individual... Got a tattoo from him because he was a family 'friend', lets say its not worth what I paid (1400)... -very poor line work -poor color - lookes like a tattooer did his first tattoo (now that its healed.) On top of all this, hes a crook, he will take your down payment and will never give you a sketch and or your tattoo, its been longer than a month and all you get are childish excuses... DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL...

I was quoted a price for a completed tattoo, I paid in full and was told it would completed, I seen Jeff a handful of times and the other 20some bookings that were made he would cancel for various reasons at the very last minute, however would then tattoo someone a few hours later. When called out on things he just became rude and made me the customer out to be in the wrong. I have gift certificates that expired while waiting for him to finish my tattoo that he was going to buy back, however when it became clear 2+ years after starting the tattoo that he really had no intention of completing it, refunding my money, buying back the gift certificates, I called him out on it and he blocked me on all social media and his number is no longer valid. Very very poor business man!!
