Worst tattooing experience ever. Jess didn't say a word to me for my tattoo. Didn't smile. She's miserable. Her tattoos are alright, but mine has patchy spots, and she still manages to have the nerve to charge $150 an hour. Which I would be happy to pay if she weren't so rude and unfriendly.

I have had most of my tattoos done by Jess and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get a quality tattoo done. Jess is definitely one of the best in northern Ontario! I won’t get tattoos done by anyone else. She is amazing with cover ups, has great line work, does small details perfectly and can do just about any style whether it’s colour or black & grey. Definitely worth the wait!

My tattoo looks so bad. Some of the most reputable shops in Ontario have told me it is impossible to cover because it's so dark and heavy and has no definition, and they've apologized that it even happened to me. I asked for an outline and light, soft shading on my piece. 2 hours later she shows me halfway through what looks like a one foot long ink blot. I'd like to say I can laugh about it but needing to spend the money to laser this off is no laughing matter. When I went to ask if some small areas could somehow be fixed with more lines, I was told rudely 'what is wrong with it? I don't see anything wrong with it' and she refused to touch it.

The owner Billy was quite rude with me today.. When I walked in and asked if they could work on a piece that Jess had did 4 years ago. It didn't go well as Billy raised his voice.. Left unhappy... Knowing my chimpanzees will never look the way I want them too.. 750$

Only place I will ever trust to get a tattoo. Jess has done the only two I have and I am in love! Color still holding well on my foot tattoo after 5 years.
