These guys are the greatest. We came in late from out of town (20 minutes before close) and they still politely and kindly accommodated myself and two friends to get piercings. Everything was clean and professional, and it was a comfortable environment. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful with great senses of humour. Thank you so much for your help, and I'm so sorry you missed your bus! Next time in the country I'm coming back!!

Wonderful people, have gotten all my tattoos there. You can bring in your own design or let one of the experienced artist draw one up for you

Super cool, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Happy to answer questions and make sure you're not getting a piercing that doesn't match your anatomy. I couldn't do an industrial bar piercing but I left happy with my new helix, with room for a second one down the line.

Great place for a tattoo or piercing. Knowledgable artists take very good care of you and as such, one gets incredible results.

I got a tattoo done at XS pointe Claire and was very satisfied with the outcome, I then returned for a touch up 6 months later and the man who touched it up did a wack job and made a bunch of wiggly lines along the borders. It was a simple tattoo that need a very simple touch up and all the straight lines turned into wobbly lines. I am unsatisfied because I’m stuck wit this forever. I was told I was going to receive the touch up from the same guy and then came in and it was someone different
