Got my nose piercing done here and I was very dissatisfied by the service. The employee wasn't helpful at all. She seemed bothered when I would ask her questions. I received no directions for the aftercare, so I asked. She answered rudely as if I was supposed to know already. In the end, I tipped 10$ for a 30$ piercing. The girl didn't thank me or greeted me goodbye.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of my visit on Dec. 2nd, 2018. First, I called for price inquiry and whoever was working told me both piercings would cost me 35$ earring included. There was also a promotion going on and I pulled out a 50% of my entire total and my total coast ended up being 56$ so that was very confusing already. I got my both my earlobes pierced (one on each) and have had the worst 3 months of heeling. I was pierced with a sterling silver earing that had a plastic back not even metal. The earing was closed too tight and resulted in bubbles on each ear, back and front. I've been pierced before and never had these issues, I know the heeling process, I used saline spray each day and sea salt soaks for more than 2 months. The piercer who pierced me barely spoke to me and did not bother to tell me what i should do for aftercare, handed me a paper with instrcutions and walked away. I recently went to another piercing studio to find out the piercer pierced me diagonally and not straight. I had to remove my earrings and my holes have closed.
