Everyone at the studio was super nice and took care to let me know how exactly what they were doing and why as well as details for aftercare. I got a nostril piercing re-opened, and I'll probably be back for my next piercing once I commit to it. They helped me find exactly the jewelry I wanted and walked me through the process even though I had clearly done this before. Also pretty reasonably priced. I usually get lightheaded after piercings but not this time.

Be careful! I think this store clearly does some good jobs every once in a while. My only experience is with their piercings and not their tattoos. It looks like a nice shop at a glance and everything seemed good to go, but I warn you that they are NOT prepared for the worse case scenario. If for some reason something bad (and I really hope it doesn’t happen to you) happens to you from a tattoo or piercing infection, it seems they will choose to cut you off cold turkey. I unfortunately got a major infection instantly after getting my web pierced that landed me in the hospital. It’s been a week and I’m still recovering. I contacted them TWICE and received NO response (I have edited this review to include the emails I sent them). I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just an explanation or if they have any policies in place for these moments. Just disappointed by the complete lack of follow through or acknowledgement that they caused me pain and I had to spend even more money for antibiotics. So be careful because this store is not prepared to handle your situation should anything go bad.

As a walk in, I was seen right away and the artists were super welcoming and were very collaborative. Amanda was my artist, and she did a phenomenal job! She was really nice and awesome. If you are in need of a tattoo in Montreal, definitely go to this place!

Great place! Very friendly staff and a clean and welcoming environment. Would definitely recommend Vincent Sexton, he knows what he’s doing and has tons of experience. Had a great time there, it was clean and fast and the placement was perfect.

The owner, Yan, is an amazing artist. He went out of his way, including working on his days off to fit my trip to Montreal. All the other artists there are really good too. Highly recommended.
