I absolutely love coming to Henna Tattoo Boutique when I am in Montreal! Shiny (the owner) is an amazing talented artist! She always takes her time and makes sure I leave her beautiful studio with the vision I initially had in mind when I walked in. Also, I have very sensitive skin and for that reason I am so grateful she only uses organic and natural henna. Highly recommend!

DON'T GO HERE!!!! They use and sell dangerous black henna!! This stuff is illegal in Canada and is banned & recalled by Health Canada -- check the news for reports! Not only can you get allergic reactions to "black henna", you won't even get decent results, as it will only last a few days, compared to pure natural henna that usually lasts a good 2 weeks. The skill level of the artist is mediocre at best. The lines are wobbly, designs are not symmetrical, etc. I totally regret going here and I'll NEVER GO HERE AGAIN, and would highly recommend that nobody else does either -- especially if you value your health, or those of your friends! ** I've since found out that there are several other professional henna artists in the Montreal area that offer much safer henna services because they import their own pure henna powder and mix their own henna paste with natural ingredients. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, RESEARCH THE HENNA ARTIST and their work!
