I’ve gotten a few piercings here. All has been okay except my nose piercing the piercer kind of struggled to put the jewelry in so it hurt a little bit. I don’t know what people are saying about the piercer being rude. He’s always been pretty good with me and kind except he’s usually quiet. I’m not sure if I would recommend getting your tattoo here on the other hand. The blonde girl does them very nice but the other girl has left horrible scarring on my friends tattoos. She messed up some designs from pulling on the skin or the ink comes out. It’s kind of 50/50. Good prices for the services though. If you want a contract and reciept you’ll have to go somewhere else and pay $80 for a piercing that costs $35 here.

Horrible experience. The tattoo artist didn’t seem sober, One week in, tattoo is already faded. this place is trash. Go at your own risk.

This place and staff are UNREAL, and NOT in a good way. STAY AWAY, agressive staff and straight up unprofessional shop. My friend got her nose ring replaced, took 30 minutes (can you believe it?), blood everywhere, and they tried to force her to pay 12$, WHEN THEY AGREED TO DO IT FOR FREE! Cops had to come to deal with this madness. Just STAY AWAY.

The customer service was very bad. The piercer did not make me feel very welcome or comfortable. I went to Tattoo Wizard and the service was a lot better, more professional and also the prices were awesome. I strongly do not recommend going to 514 ink.

I've had a piercing before and the piercer is so rude! He is very cold and doesn't say a word too you. My bars were way to short as well. Over a bad experience. I went back today to check out their dermal jewelry and the same piercer was there. He was complaining on the phone while I was trying to ask questions. Very rude! Also they only have the uglies dermal jewelry, dont go looking for coloured jems or opal anything...
