Went to the VIB rouge event and I was greeted very rudely by the associate at the door. As I entered the store she quickly blocked the door and said they were closed for a private event. She did not apologize or welcome me when I told her I was there for the event. She seemed annoyed that she found me on the list for the event. Poor customer service at this store as usual.

I was served by Amelie today and she was fantastic! I needed two lipsticks to match different outfit, and she picked the perfect shades and products. I got exactly was I wanted, with great service and advice. I was never lucky with service at that location before, but Amelie was awesome! Thanks :)

No wonder this place is always empty. I don't know why this store is open but these sephora's employees really need an attitude adjustment. Like the other reviewers stated, judgemental and they obviously kept an eye on me as if I was about to steal everything in the store. Left and went to another Sephora with more respect for paying customers.

Staff basically ignored me, couldn’t get help (as the store was basically empty)

I called to ask if a product was on stock. Didn't had the time to say which product, that I was already put on hold. I had to hung up after 20 MINUTES because I had to leave. I mean come on Sephora! It would have taken 3 minutes to answer me! In 20 minutes she had the time to start AND complete a small makeover! That's ridiculous! Very disappointed.
