I went in and wanting to just exchange a ball from my belly button ring because it was chipping on me, I did buy it in Calgary and was told I could exchange it here without a receipt I felt proud to buy it, the person that I dealt with didn't seem very welcoming and didn't seem friendly or interested in answering any of the questions. I was told I had to buy a plain ball for it and because she didn’t recognize it she couldn’t do anything about it. She was very rude and not understanding at all. I am absolutely disappointed, they need better service for all customers no matter what.

Love this shop! Love that they exchange jewelry when I break it! The staff is super helpful! Huge selection of jewelry!

Is there another place in Saskatoon that sells many types of jewellery ? The customer service that I recived from a woman, at this location, during the day, was ridiculous.
