My experience was very good. I hired I DO for a big birthday party. The owners were incredibly responsive to all of my wife's and mine questions and requests. No annoying "suggestions" unless asked for. Really felt like service was top knotch. We had a few last minute changes, like location for our event, and the owners took all of the stress out of them by accommodating us. The final video was also great. I wish service everywhere was like this!
