We used Omega more than once for family celebrations and were blown away both times. We were so happy with the photos, album & video the first time that we didn't hesitate to contact them again a few years later for another event. Both times they understood exactly what we wanted after meeting with us and listening to our ideas. They captured exactly what we wanted both times! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Omega, highly recommended!

Omega Photo was amazing for my 2 events! I used them the first time in May 2015 for a big family event. I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Their attention to detail and timely service was a breath of fresh air. I was so happy with my pictures and video that I booked them again for another big family event in 2018! Once again they blew us away with their ideas and service. The pictures came out amazing and the video is so fun to watch, their fresh ideas were great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to book photographers & videographers with expert experience but at a reasonable price.

I used Omega last year and was very happy with their service and attention to detail. Despite the fact that they were in the midst of renovations they produced a video for my guests that was movie quality and blew everyone away. No doubt about it, they are were great to work with and they delivered an excellent product.

We live and got married in Toronto. We spoken to many local photographers and compared their prices, customer service, professionalism, and product. We chose omega because they were so nice when speaking to them and offered so much in the package, sounding so generous and flexible. Thats why we chose them, although they were most expensive of our options, especially with the extra travel. But they never delivered. They never answered most of my emails and although my wedding was five years ago and I emailed them all the details numerous times, they did not respond to my emails. We traveled to meet them in Montreal because we were so frustrated with getting nowhere in our requests. At the meeting, they were so kind and apologetic and promised to make the album within the month. That was a year ago. They didnt respond to any emails since. We paid close to 5000 USD, in full, at the wedding. On top of that we paid travel and hotel for the crew. And we have no album or prints, or correctly edited video. The only thing we got were cds of the pictures. Regarding the video! They made it without consulting us, using music we dislike and mixing some parts of the wedding out of order. We got the video 2 months after the wedding together with the photos CDs. We immediately contacted them. We were told to email them and they'd respond. We emailed that day. Thay was 5 years ago. We've sent a dozen emails since. No delivery. We feel robbed. And are heartbroken that we have no album or proper video of our once in a lifetime event. I have never written a bad review before. But as my emails continue to go ignored, I feel this is the only way. As soon as I receive the package we paid for, with out albums and prints and they re-edit the video according to our simple requests, I will gladly remove this review. As. Long as you're reading it, it means we still have not received anything.

Terrible experience. Took the full amount and never made us an album or prints. Messed up our video and never corrected it. Ignored our emails.
