Love, Love, Love, Ron and Tara! They were down to earth, upbeat, creative and easy to work with. They were as excited about our day as we were. Tara had originally taken our engagement photos and we were blown away by the quality of her work. I cannot say enough good things about Saks Photography. They did an amazing job throughout our wedding, capturing every precious moment of our day. I have been in many wedding parties and I can say Ron and Tara really went well beyond any other photographer. Thank you so much for capuring our special day. We highly recommend Saks Photography and thank them.

Ron was so fantastic. He did both our video and photography for our wedding this past weekend. He was so easy to talk to and really knew how to take photographs of those who do not like being in photograph's. His personality made everyone feel comfortable and easy to get in the pictures without feeling awkward. We wanted to skip certain pictures since our wedding was so small (17 guests) but he still talked us into capturing certain scenery we would later regret if we hadn't listened to him. He was so amazing we had him sit at our table with our family. He was always on point, sweet-caring and very passionate about his work. My mother directed me to the best photographer in Niagara Falls/Buffalo area and we will be forever grateful he was the photographer/videographer for our wedding. He also was the photographer for my wedding planner 9 years prior! His asistant, Diane was the absolute best as well. So funny, so helpful and so used to setting up his services for scatter brain brides like myself. They helped everything come together. So many thanks from both me and my husband. Not sure if you will see this review but, THANKS SO MUCH RON AND DIANE!

I would not recommend Saks for handling any major service that you may be interested in. My wife and I just completed our wedding on 9/13/14, and as part of the package we were to include a "Signature Portrait for our reception" as stated in their brochure under the "Signature 8x10 Wedding Coverage". When the photographer showed up, he didn't have it in his possession and then made NO EXTRA EFFORT to resolve this. I wasn't made aware of this not being there until about 1 hour before our ceremony. Thankfully the owner of the venue went out of her way to purchase a journal so that our guest would have something to sign. My wife called them on Tuesday 9/16 and spoke with an employee there. The argument used for the oversight was that because we didn't show up for the engagement session that we didn't want the signature portrait. I sure am glad that they didn't make the same assumptions with showing up to take pictures at our wedding, because they absolutely could have with the logic that they used. I just got off the phone with the location on 9/18, and I asked to speak to the owner of the company about this complaint. I was told that the owner wasn't in and that he would effectively get to me when he got to me sometime next week. The conversations was handled as if it was to be expected and nothing was out of the ordinary. Why would anyone want to engage in a relationship with this company that doesn't value the opinion of their customers and treat mild transgressions as egregious offenses. Sak's doesn't care to live up to the contract that They Wrote and They Signed. They know what comes in these packages and I guess they pick and choose what to deliver on. My wife went to a bridal show and got sucked in to the sales pitch. A better sales pitch than delivery on goods and services promised.
