its posted on China's news paper that lovestorage has bad service, their products are low quality and lack of profession. also, the boss of love storage miss Jessie shao is a famous for her white supremacist and she has bad reputation of her pretentiousness. its all proved on her weibo

my friend introduced lovestorage to be like a year ago because she was a fan of jingzhu shao, who is the founder of lovestorage. However, since I have read the posts on the newspaper saying that they crushed on their customers online in front of jingzhu shao's 400k fans, I felt so sorry to the bride who have to suffer this because their non-professional behaviour. Luckily even most of her fans are reasonable and pointed out what she was doing was so wrong and she deleted that post. Yet, she did not make a proper apologise and make any compensation to the couple and their family who effected by this. Even worse, she deleted all the negative comments about her and blocked all those accounts. (I was one of her fans until she blocked me on Sina Weibo because I left a comment telling her her behaviour is inappropriate.) It makes me start to think that all those positive things about her that she's been posting on the social medias are fake, things about her good personality, stuff between her and her boyfriend, her seemingly successful career, etc. are maybe sth she faked out to gain attention so that she can make a lot of money from people' support Please think carefully before you purchase their service, they might do the personal attack online to you after they received your payment, which I considered is so non-professional and lack of respect to their customers. Apart from this I also found out that jingzhu Shao love writing about the gossip and her own judgement to her customer on her personal website Sina Weibo. There are posts on her social medias like, "I don't think the bride is in love with the bridegroom“ ”I can tell their parents are not supporting their marriage from their facial expression" . Personally I think it is ok for people to be judgemental, but considering the boss of Lovestorage Jingzhu Shao is having more than 400k followers on her social medias, her personal opinions toward s specific context or a specific person are easily lead loads of people to focus on or discuss about. Whats worse is some of her personal opinions are subjective but lack of a base of objective observation. As a customer who does not want to share the personal life in public or risk to being discussed by a lot of people. I highly suggest you to think twice before you choose purchasing their service.

Anyone of you recently recieved the message from LoveStorge about the photographer(K)'s mom was very sick and she needs to back to China as soon as possible?And you are a lawyer? Remember this, the owner of Love storge said really really really bad words and made curse about you and your marriage through the Chinese twitter 'weibo'and they wished you bad luck on your marriage which was so soooo rude and disgusting. Feel shame on this wedding studio. Over 30000 people on weibo are discussing abt this issue and 98% of them disagree the owner and the photograger because their rude words and curse on you. Go find your self and ask for translator if you cannot read Chinese. Her weibo is 你好_竹子

Awful experience, and awful results. The lasting memories of my wedding, both the video and the photographs are ruined owing to poor service standards. In addition, post production was poor, and we found the staff rude and not customer focused at all resulting in our trying to make the best of a bad situation difficult and painful. It truely tainted the happy memories of our wedding day. This is such an important purchase, its important it is a careful selection. Happy to share my photos/video with anyone who would like to see true examples of their work rather than the "best of" selections on their website and social media channels. I also have an example of the contempt they feel for their clients.
